Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our company's social media profiles, create engaging content and handle customer inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the company's Facebook profile and information update.
- Create shareable content tailored to specific networks to spread our brand and content.
- Discuss with the person in charge the content and topics to be published.
- Respond to customer inquiries about products or services via Whatsapp, messenger, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare consent letters for testimonial sharers.
- Review shooting scripts and source material, trim footage, import music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to ensure logical sequence and smooth operation.
- Video Editing Review shooting scripts and source material, trim footage, import music, dialogue, graphics and effects to ensure logical sequence and smooth operation.
- File and keep a record of the companys videos in the shared drive
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent experience in customer service, digital marketing or related field.
- Language requirement: English, Mandarin
- Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas and concepts, with a keen eye for detail and originality.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and feedback, while maintaining a high level of creativity and professionalism.
