a) To ensure all calls received answered by standard greeting
b) To answer calls within 4 ringing tone
c) To arrange all order processing and key-in in CSTC system
d) To assist all pick-up order despatch to relevant couriers
e) To received Lodge-In shipments from customer
f) To ensure all tracing entered into Intranet system
g) To ensure all tracing perform and customer updated within 30 minutes till solve
h) To ensure all pre-alert arranged and follow-up till solve
i) To ensure all reverse charge request arranged and follow-up till solve
j) To arrange problem shipment and follow-up with shipper till solve
k) To ensure all required report by management or HQ functional complete timely
l) To do daily report for treasury for cash and credit collection customer
To do filing and ensure CS area tidy and clean
a) Diploma or minimum SPM qualification with 1 year experience prefered in
courier service industry
b) Good interpersonal, communication skill and computer literate
c) Able to work under minimum supervision
d) Able to work under pressure
e) Able to adopt multitasking environment
