Responsibility A Customer Service Representatives primary duty is to support customers. To fulfil this main responsibility, they may perform the following tasks. Plan, prepare and process purchase orders according to order requirements, follow up incoming order to ensure stocks timely arrive and to avoid supply interruption.
Responsible for customer scheduling, demand & order fulfilment.
Provide short term and long-term demand requirement to factories and supplier to ensure capacity and material secure.
Review and provide supply plan commit to meet demand requirement.
Identify and coordinate with Operation Team, Procurement Team and contract manufacturers to resolve all the capacity bottleneck and material supply risk issue to meet orders and demand requirement.
Work closely with Logistics team for shipments arrangement to contract manufacturers.
Work closely with contract manufacturers, Operation Team and Procurement Team to ensure materials are clear to build and contract manufacturers are able to execute the build volumes as planned.
Working with Excess & Obsolete team to validate and analyse the exposure claims which submitted by contract manufacturers.
Collaborate with supply planners to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
Establish and communicate feasible production schedules meeting demand supportability and customer requirements.
- Required skills and qualifications :
Graduation / Diploma in business management or relevant field
- At Least 2 year of experience in CSS.
Exceptional sales and customer service skills- Brilliant presentation skills
Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
Applicable speaking mandarin
