Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and supporting our sales efforts through effective coordination and communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be adept at multitasking.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, quotations, and invoicing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as ensuring all related data are updated regularly.- Collaborate with various internal teams such as marketing and finance to ensure seamless customer experience and order fulfillment.
Assist in the organization of sales meetings, conferences, and events related.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Attend to customer enquiries various platforms such as social media, email, text messages or other related media.- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Proven experience in customer service or sales coordination, preferably in a similar industry.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
