Requirements.
- Must be fluent in English, Malay, & Mandarin.
Provide good email writing skills in English.- Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient)
Handle customer inquiries over the Voice (Inbound call) and Non-voice (Email, Livechat & WhatsApp) channel
- Provide accurate information
Assist customer with essential guidance and accurate information
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Ability to multi-task and with good attention to detail.
9am-6pm (Monday tto Friday) 8 Working hours
Base pay up to RM
- 00
- KPI allowance: up RM500.00/month
Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month- Language allowance: RM300.00/month
Performance allowance- Perfect attendance allowance
OT allowance (If applicable)
- Shift allowance (If applicable)
Training and proper guidance will be provided
