Job description Good communication skills
- Preferably contact centre working experience background (fresh graduates are welcome)
Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Training will be provided
Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
To manage incoming inquiries via Email, WhatsApp & Voice
- Need to ensure the KPI target is meet
Possess strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems and recommend solutions.- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Ability to multi-task and with good attention to detail.
Monthly salary up to RM3900 (subject to qualification and relevant experience)
- Working hour: 8am - 7pm (8 working hours daily)
Working days: Monday - Sunday (Any 5 working days a week)- Off days: 2 Days (Any 2 days in a week)
Working location: Menara Tokio Marine Life, No 189 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. (Nearby Ampang Park LRT/ MRT 2 )
