We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Petaling Jaya. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. As the front line for customer interactions, you will handle calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Shift: Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis.
