Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at redCONTACT Sdn. Bhd. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will handle customer service inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support through various channels.

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
