Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with their trading needs.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via calls, live chats and emails
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Patient and empathetic mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the financial industry and trading
- Fluent in Chinese and English are a must and additional languages are a plus
