Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Speaks fluent English, Chinese and any other language is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize and resolve customer complaints
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading is a plus
