The Customer Services Representative is responsible for providing the highest level of service to individuals in distressed situations. You will find out more about this position as you interact with our team during the various stages of the recruitment process.
- Ideal candidate must be open to relocate
Experience in distress management, disaster management communication center or in airline industry (preferred)- Ability to clearly communicate with customers in a timely manner.
Experience working with a CAD application and proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to assess and readily relay information accurately with attention to detail, while following communication and documentation process.
Experience and knowledge of regulations, protocols for handling high stress, demanding situation (preferred)- Open to flexible scheduling including rotational weekend and night shift working.
Open to hybrid working with suitable working environment at home and commute to office.
- Ideal candidates will be proficient in Japanese/English both in written and speaking communication.
Training and certification will be provided for police, medical, and fire situations.
