Handling customer calls and/or queries received via other tools in a professional and polite way.
Taking care of your daily workload, ensuring that your work is performed up to clients standards.
Performing your duties with reliability and commitment to ensure customer satisfaction and integrity of the work process.
Communicating with clients via phone, emails, chats, etc.
English and Mandarin (Fluent/Advanced).
Ability to work US hours (9AM-6PM or 8AM-5PM EST).
Be comfortable with using time-tracking software.
Attention to detail, diligence, good teamwork and communication skills
Experience in CS field or working experience with US BPO companies would be a plus!
Willingness to work on-site.
