Key Responsibilities:
- Provide forwarding/ logistics solutions to customers and guide the customer on shipping, customs clearance and logistics matter.
To liaise with customers for any inquiry. Billing and any related report
- Carry out any other tasks that assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients and related parties.- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field/ freight forwarding industry is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
