Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Sunway Visio (https://g.co/kgs/MTpPxqp)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Language Requirement: English B2 Level #netiveKorean

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service to customers, meeting or exceeding contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Clarify and understand customer requirements, utilizing decision-support tools to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrating empathy and building rapport.
  • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, following established protocols.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of client products and/or services to provide accurate information.
  • Complete accurate documentation and notation of customer accounts.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience and value.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in the call-tracking database.
  • Respond to customer inquiries using available resources or by escalating to more senior staff if needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: High school diploma preferred, with three to six months of relevant experience.
  • Customer Service Skills: Courteous and customer-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PC usage and computer navigation.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
  • Teamwork: Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Professionalism: Maintains a pleasant and patient demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts if required.

Additional Information

This role is entry-level, with training and close supervision provided to help you become familiar with client-specific terminology, procedures, and operating standards. Starting experience with sustained metric performance levels is not required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. All job requirements will adhere to local laws and regulations.
