JOB DESCRIPTION:-Greet patients with a positive and helpful attitude.
-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
-Reply patients enquiries via WhatsApp/Telegram/Email.
-Update and make an appointment for patients (Consultation, treatments etc.)
-Update appointment in google calendar and appointment book.
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and email to patients or supplier etc.
-Resolve patient issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of patients satisfaction and quality service.
-Replenishment of medications and consumables as required.
-Other duties assigned by Manager from time to time.
-Must be a multi-tasking person.
-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Excellent organizational skills
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
-Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
