Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor platforms in real time and quickly handle and report urgent incidents.
- Provide customer support through live chat and ticket systems, efficiently addressing user inquiries.
- Handle various customer complaints, provide solutions, soothe customer emotions, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Report user issues and suggestions to the team, follow up on problem resolutions, and track product optimization requests.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and empathetic.
- Willing to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays (with replacement leaves for holiday).
- Strong self-learning and summarization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in internet, Web3, blockchain, or financial derivatives;
- Proficiency in a second foreign language.
