Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor platforms in real time and quickly handle and report urgent incidents.
  • Provide customer support through live chat and ticket systems, efficiently addressing user inquiries.
  • Handle various customer complaints, provide solutions, soothe customer emotions, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Report user issues and suggestions to the team, follow up on problem resolutions, and track product optimization requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and empathetic.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays (with replacement leaves for holiday).
  • Strong self-learning and summarization abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in internet, Web3, blockchain, or financial derivatives;
  • Proficiency in a second foreign language.
