Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: Up to RM 4,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.

Requirements:

• Education: SPM or higher.
• Language Proficiency: Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken and written).
