To perform credit control / accounts receivable activities (eg: monitoring of receivable aging, contact customers for payment commitments, issue statements of accounts, reminder letters & other related documents to customers.)
- Perform timely collections of receivables in accordance with credit terms granted and follow up regularly on accounts that are overdue, assist in resolving discrepancies or dispute with customers.
Timely highlight of potential delinquent receivables to superiors.- Updates receipts from customers accurately and timely.
Assist in the review of credit applications in accordance with the Companys guidelines.
- To work closely with customers and internal departments in resolving discrepancies.
Maintain proper filing system.- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior or the Management.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent.- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia &English.
Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).- Possess good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
