Job Responsibilities:- Handling mainly Outbound calls
Approach customers via phone to do a survey using the Net Promoter Approach- Approach customers based on a different point from the country's direction
Sets the platform for customers to understand that the company is concerned and focuses on Customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer feedback and note every feedback receives
Prepare the customer for a follow-up call from the Second caller- Highlight areas for improvement, with suggested solutions
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or advanced/Degree, any field.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.- 1 - 2 years experience in Customer Service or Telesales.
Required skill(s): Customer services skills, telephone system skills & negotiation skills.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willing to work at Kerinchi, Bangsar

Salary range: RM2,900 RM3,500Working days & Hours : Mon Fri (8:30am 5:30pm)
