Essential Experience / Criteria:

2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
2. Familiarity with Grab's services and platforms.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
