Company Background:This company is a well-known family karaoke in Johor Bahru, KL, Klang Valley and Penang area, and there have 11 outlets throughout Malaysia.
Respond promptly and professionally to
phone reservations from various outlets, accurately documenting all reservation details.
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding available services, pricing, and any other inquiries they may have.
Collaborate with outlets to coordinate reservation schedules and ensure that all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately.- Act as a liaison between customers and the different outlets, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, always ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
To perform any other duties as assigned immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management.
Able to speak Mandarin fluently.
Organized and efficient in daily tasks.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
Goal-oriented, organized team player.- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to actively look for ways to help people.
Proficiency in using office software applications, telephone systems, and other relevant tools.
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Monthly Service Tips (based on Outlet Sales Performance)
