Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction & Service:
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
Foster a positive and professional relationship with customers- Provide support and information to enhance the overall customer experience
Update and maintain customer profiles to ensure all information is current and accurate- Verify and input customer data into the system, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- 3. Data Entry and System Management:
Upload and record customer information into the companys system- Ensure all customer interactions and updates are properly documented in the system
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus- Previous customer service or data entry experience is beneficial but not required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional and customer-focused attitude- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
