We are looking for Customer Service Officer / Assistant at Taman Sea, Petaling Jaya. Responsible for day-to-day operation and administration of the clinic.
Manage the daily patient flow of the clinic.
Make, manage & monitor the scheduled appointments for the clinic.
Involving in cashiering, patients complain or perform other administration duty as assigned.
Any other jobs or duties as assigned by the immediate superior as and when required.
At least have Diploma in Communication or any other related disciples, or knowledge in healthcare will be an added advantage.- Good communication and analytical skills and telephone etiquette.
Able to handle customers complaints and difficult situations.
