Handle and assist customers on their order enquirers through Emails FB/Website/Phone calls and so on
Preparing customer order and shipping.
Maintaining a good relationship with current and potential clients.
Perform logistics duty of receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing for both import and export cargo in the warehouse environment
Perform stock-take and cycle count whenever required
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness & housekeeping of the warehouse area
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
At least SPM level and above certification
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Basic knowledge of the Bicycle industry advantages
Keen and willing to learn
Computer literate
Possess good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a team
Working Days Per Week: 5.5 Day
Working hours: MON to FRI: 9:30am-6:30pm, SAT: 9:30am-2:00pm
