Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customer phone enquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, with verbal proficiency in English and Malay
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Good phone contact handling skills and active listening
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum diploma in any field, but candidates with SPM qualification (science stream) are also welcomed to apply
No experience is required, and any prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
