Key Responsibilities:- Attend to customer phone enquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Strong communication skills, with verbal proficiency in English and Malay
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters- Good phone contact handling skills and active listening
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum diploma in any field, but candidates with SPM qualification (science stream) are also welcomed to apply
No experience is required, and any prior experience in a similar role is a plus
