Customer Service Officer

Basic Salary: RM2,000 + KPI Incentive up to RM500

Location: Pusat Perdagangan Dana 1, Ara Damansara

Working Hours: 24x7 Rotational Shift (Depending on schedule, 9 hours per shift with 1 hour break)

Working Days: Monday-Sunday (2 Off days on weekdays)

Working Arrangement: On site

Job Requirements:

• At least SPM leavers

Fluent in Malay and English (Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage)

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Willing to work in KL

• Willing to work on public holidays

Willing to work on weekends

Job Description:

• To handle all outbound calls for flight ticket information and other enquiries.

To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
