To man the information counter and assist customers with enquiries and provide accurate information, events, activities happening in the mall.- To ensure that all customers/tenant complaints is addressed to relevant department and follow up on feedback forms and respond to the queries accordingly.
To be liaison person between tenant and management on daily operational matters.
- To distribute management correspondence/circular/information to tenant.
To handle and administer the lost and found items.- To perform paging and in-house announcement over the public announcement system.
To receive in-coming calls and make out-going calls.
- To perform simple administrative and clerical duties.
To assist Marcom's events as well as other promotional activities.- To perform such other function as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a school qualification (SPM/STPM) or professional certificates in any field.
A team player with pleasant personality.
- Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Experience in customer relation / tele-marketing / front desk are encouraged to apply.
