Key Responsibilities:- Attend to customer phone enquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Strong communication skills, with verbal proficiency in English and Malay
- Good customer handling skills and active listening via call-center helpdesk
Able to work on rotational night-shiftsMinimum diploma graduate in any field, but candidates with SPM qualification (science stream) are also welcomed to apply
Job Type: Full-time 6 months contract (renewable basis), 2 positions available- Besides basic salary as advertised, OT & Night shift duties will be additional payments
