Job Description

Job scopes:
  • Update customer details according to financial institutions standard.
Update customer information to in-house financial systems.
  • Request documents from customer, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
Manage document control, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
Meet and follow up with new clients.
  • Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
  • Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year experience in any customer service industry.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM4,200.00 per month
