Job scopes:- Update customer details according to financial institutions standard.
Update customer information to in-house financial systems.- Request documents from customer, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
Manage document control, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
Meet and follow up with new clients.- Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
Minimum of 1-year experience in any customer service industry.- Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
