Job Description

Monday to Sunday, 2 off days (not fixed)
  • Rotational Shift - First shift:
  • 00am - 4.30pm / Second shift: 2.00pm - 10.30pm
MITC, MELAKA
  • Contract: 12 months (Renew based on performance)
Salary: RM1,500 - RM1,800
  • Allowance:
RM600-RM900
  • INTAKE: 26 July 2024. Please apply first .
  • Requirements:
Must possess at least SPM (fresh graduate can apply)
  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
Training will be provided
  • Job Description:
To attend/answer inbound calls from customers
  • To identify customers
technical issue Assist customers to solve their problems by providing the proper solution/troubleshooting

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
