  • Handling all inbound calls, live chats and emails pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Qualifications:
Quick thinker and creative problem-solver.
  • SPM leavers and fresh graduate who are interested are also encouraged to apply Full Training Provided
Ready to embrace 24 hours rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,300.00 per month
