Job Responsibility:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
