Vacancy: - Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker (Permanent Night Shift)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary: RM5,500

Language: Mandarin + English (Malaysian)
Work hour: - Time: 9:00 pm to 1:00 pm (8 hours working + 1 hour break). (Permanent night shift)
Monday-Sunday, Rotational Basis, including weekend & public holiday; 5 working days and 2 days off.
Responsibilities:
Bilingual support in English and Mandarin, for Mandarin, be able to speak, write and read.
Excellent verbal and communication skills (B2 English proficiency).
1 year of experience in customer service (Business-To-Business strongly preferrable)
Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred.
Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.).
Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
Call center experience preferable.
Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.
Schedule availability.
Restaurant industry familiarity preferable.
Education:
Possess minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelors Degree or any equivalent certificate in any field; and possibly considerably with at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with relevant work experience in a Contact Centre environment or customer service experience.
