Working Day:Monday- Sunday- Rotation shift: 9:00 pm to 1:00pm (Working hours - 9 hours)
- Work from office: The Horizon, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Bilingual support in English and Mandarin, for Mandarin, be able to speak, write and read.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills (B1/B2 English proficiency).
1 year of experience in customer service (Business-To-Business strongly preferrable)- Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred.
Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.).
- Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
Call center experience preferable.- Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.
Schedule availability.
- Restaurant industry familiarity preferable.
Possess minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelors Degree or any equivalent certificate in any field; and possibly considerably with at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with relevant work experience in a Contact Centre environment or customer service experience.
