Manage the company's assigned phone number and WhatsApp customer service platform, providing assistance to customers through effective communication and ensuring information is conveyed accurately.
Collect and consolidate customer-related data, ensuring accuracy and proper archiving, to support the company in analyzing and improving services.
Job Requirements
Must possess at least an SPM or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Mandarin to ensure accurate information delivery and response to customer inquiries during interactions.
Demonstrates a high level of responsibility, with the ability to complete assigned tasks punctually and adhere to company regulations.
Candidates with at least 6 months or more of relevant customer service experience are preferred, as familiarity with customer service processes will facilitate faster adaptation to the work environment and enable high-quality service.
