Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS:
FRESH GRADUATES are encourage to apply
  • SPM (passed) above
Able to work rotation shift
  • Preferably have own transportation
Excellent in speaking, writing and reading in Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Excellent in Bahasa Melayu and English

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 per month
