KPI allowance: RM500
Night shift allowance: RM400
Monday-Sunday (
- 00 AM 3.00 AM)
2 off days (weekday only)
Rotational shift (1 shift = 9 hours including 1 hour break)
Near LRT Ara Damansara
- Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and providing appropriate solutions or answers.
Escalate the customer's issues to higher level whenever necessary.
Maintaining high standard of professionalism, quality and discipline at all times and adhering to assigned schedule.
Handle all inbound calls.
18 years and above with SPM/UEC/IGSCE certificates.
Required language: ENGLISH
and MANDARIN*.
Willing to work during public holiday and weekends.
