The Customer Service and Tele-Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. This role combines customer service with sales, requiring the candidate to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and promote additional products and services through effective tele-sales techniques.
Manage and nurture customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
Conduct tele-sales activities to generate new business, achieve sales targets, and increase revenue.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for account growth and customer retention.
Provide feedback and insights from customers to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Proven experience in customer service and tele-sales, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve targets and grow within the company.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
