Customer Service| Mandarin & English| Up 6K | WFH

Salary: RM4100-RM6000

• Working days: 5 days, 2 days off

• Job duties:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate translation of medical information between Mandarin and English during emergency situations.

Facilitate clear communication between patients, families, doctors, and hospital staff.

• Translate medical documents, discharge summaries, prescriptions, and other relevant materials.

Assist with understanding diagnoses, treatment plans, and medical instructions.

• Remain on-call for emergencies and be available to respond quickly when needed.

Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to patient information at all times.

• Required Skills :

Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Previous experience as a medical translator or interpreter is preferred.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology in both languages.

• Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stress situations.
