Deliver high-quality after-sales support, promptly addressing customer queries and needs.- Direct customer requests to the designated resource and follow up on interactions.
Utilize in-house systems for updating key collections and defects tracking.
- Prepare management reports for effective reporting.
Attend meetings with Project Team, Contractors, etc.- Handle customer correspondence via email, social media, and phone.
Ensure smooth order processing for a seamless customer experience.
Over 5 years of distinguished customer service experience, specialized focus within the
developer industry.
