Job Description

Position: Assistant Executive - Customer Service

Duration: 1 year contract OR 8 month's contract (renewable subject to company/preformance)

Basic salary: RM2,000 - RM2,800

Job description for 1 year contract duration:

  • Liaising with customer for import and export
  • Cargo releasing for Import
  • Book carrier space, submit SI, pre-alert for export
  • Import and Export IX documentation
  • Billing (Invoice / PO) submission.
  • Manage VAS labelling for IX liaising with Vendor for manpower.
  • Supporting for project Submit SI, send report to customer

Job description for 8 months contract duration:

  • Liaising with customer daily
  • Responsible for Import/Inbound (Sea/Air)
  • Import releasing container
  • Import/Inbound documentation
  • Import status update (file) to customer
  • Send report to customer
  • Billing submission (Invoice/PO).
  • Liaising with company's origin team

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree

2. Preferably 1-2 years exprience and fresh graduates

3. Have good communication and computer skills
