As a Customer Service & Logistic Executive, you will undergo a comprehensive training by the company, and eventually able to support the business daily operation which includes:
Reply to customer enquiry on product information, delivery status & complaints if any
To give customer price quotation for customize birthday cake, wedding, or events
Liaise with marketplace, collaborate partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters
Job Requirements
Candidate must be very fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is a must as your will need to speak to customer who only speak Mandarin.
Minimum Education Level : SPM and Above
At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or retail related job scope is required
A hardworking person with strong self-discipline and pro-active
