Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Handling all inbound calls, chats & emails pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other escalating issues related to the company's products.
Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information. (Information about the data storage, quotation and etc.)
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Project customer service - liaise with malaysia, singapore, taiwan, asia pasific customers.
  • Great experience for you to gain more knowledge and have confident to talk with people.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate, Rotating shift

Salary: Up to RM2,
  • 00 per month

    Ability to commute/relocate to Nusajaya

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
