Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Lao.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data accuracy.- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
Proficiency in English and Lao (both spoken and written).- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
