Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Service Advisor who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support across various locations, including KL Sentral, Cyberjaya, Sunway, and Cheras.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in Mandarin via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide a high level of customer service.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to changing customer needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
