Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service - Korean Speaker at MindPec Solutions in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves providing excellent customer service to Korean-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in Korean and English languages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience or willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
