Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative proficient in Korean to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Korean-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Customer Support:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds.
Issue Resolution:- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely resolution.
Documentation and Reporting:- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions.- Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery.
Language Proficiency:- Provide translation and interpretation services as needed.
Ensure clear and effective communication with Korean-speaking customers.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Suggest improvements to processes and services to better serve customers.
Language Skills:
- Native or fluent proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in English is required.
- Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
