Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative proficient in Korean to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Korean-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds.
Issue Resolution:
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely resolution.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery.
Language Proficiency:
  • Provide translation and interpretation services as needed.
Ensure clear and effective communication with Korean-speaking customers.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Suggest improvements to processes and services to better serve customers.
  • Qualifications:
Language Skills:
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in English is required.
  • Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Availability:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 12 - RM5,381.65 per month

    Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
