Job Description

Job Requirement:
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
Coordinate with customers for delivery schedule, delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform daily general sales and administrative work and maintain an organized filing system.
Coordinate with TQA, related department and customer to arrange & complete customer complaints matter.
  • Communicate efficiently with new and existing clients, suppliers and colleagues as necessary.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Help to prepare marketing materials (e.g. Tiles & sanitary wares sample for presentation or workshop).
  • All other task instructed by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM
  • 00 - RM800.00 per month
