Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing customer service operations on the company platform, execute strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing user interaction and feedback data, identifying customer needs, and providing personalized support.

  • Help with the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the platform, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.

  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance user engagement, conversion, and retention to improve the customer experience.

  • Assist in innovating and optimizing customer service practices based on business scenarios, and contribute to the implementation of related plans.

  • Help draft and edit platform content and prepare customer service and promotional materials.

  • Collaborate with the team to execute company activities and achieve customer service and engagement goals.

  • Job Requirements

  • 6 working days.

  • Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Masters degree program related to Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a relevant field.

  • Strong interest in customer service and user experience, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data under supervision.

  • Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team.

  • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn new skills and tools
