• Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.

• Follow-Up: Ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction with diligent follow-ups.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Professionalism: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Escalation Handling: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member as needed.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador, spreading positivity through each customer interaction.

• Requirements:

Fluency in English and Malay.

• Excellent communication skills.

Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Comfortable communicating across various channels.
